About Female Health Check
Our Female Health Check can be completed at our Stockholm clinic on Linnégatan 64 or through our network of partners across Sweden. It combines a gynecological evaluation, advanced physical testing and a comprehensive blood panel.
Every result is interpreted through women-specific reference intervals and reviewed by one of our doctors with expertise in female health. This is not a standard health check. It is a clinically rigorous assessment designed to uncover the root causes of hormonal imbalance, metabolic dysfunction and age-related change -before symptoms become problems, or when they already have.
Please follow these guidelines before your blood test.
- Fast for at least 8 hours before the test, meaning no food or drink other than water.
- The test should ideally be done in the morning, as some hormone levels naturally fluctuate throughout the day.
- If you are menstruating, certain hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, FSH, and LH are best measured on specific days of your cycle.
- If you are taking any medications or supplements, let us know in advance as some can affect your results.
- We will guide you on timing when you book!
Preparations before your clinic assessments
- Please bring comfortable workout clothes and trainers.
- You may eat and drink as normal before your visit, but please avoid alcohol for 48 hours beforehand.
Your results are compiled into a detailed health report and reviewed with your EndoHealth doctor in a dedicated consultation.
Your doctor will walk you through every finding, explain what your results mean in the context of your age, hormonal status and health history.
Where results indicate a need for treatment, further investigation or specialist referral, your doctor will guide next steps.
