About our Longevity Program
Yes. Understanding how you age is relevant at any stage of life - and the earlier you start, the more you can influence.
Our programme is designed for women who want a complete picture of their health and a personalised plan to improve it. Whether you are in your thirties, forties, fifties or beyond, the insights and interventions we offer are adapted to where you are right now.
Get in touch and we will help you find the right starting point.
Yes. We work with partners across Sweden, so the parts of your assessment that require an in-person visit , such as blood tests and physical examinations – can be arranged locally. Your results and protocol are then reviewed and followed up with your doctor at EndoHealth, either in person or remotely.

Your DNA doesn't change. But the way your genes are expressed does – and those changes leave measurable marks on your DNA called methylation patterns.
Epigenetic testing analyses these patterns to measure how fast you are ageing at a cellular level. It reflects the combined effect of hormones, lifestyle, sleep and stress on your cells over time – making it one of the most actionable health markers available.
We use the DunedinPACE test, developed by researchers at Duke University. Rather than giving you a static biological age, it measures your pace of ageing. A score of 1.0 means average. Below 1.0 means slower. Above 1.0 means faster.
For women, this is particularly relevant. The hormonal changes that come with ageing accelerate biological ageing in ways that are measurable – and that can be influenced with the right interventions.
We test at the start and again at follow-up. So you can see whether what you are doing is actually making a difference.
