A Female Health Check is recommended for any woman who wants a complete, clinically accurate picture of her health, and is particularly valuable at key hormonal transitions, when symptoms are difficult to explain or when standard check-ups have not provided satisfying answers:

About Female Health Check
Our Female Health Check can be completed at our Stockholm clinic on Linnégatan 62 or through our network of partners across Sweden. It combines a gynecological evaluation, advanced physical testing and a comprehensive blood panel.
Every result is interpreted through women-specific reference intervals and reviewed by one of our doctors with expertise in female health. This is not a standard health check, it is a clinically rigorous assessment designed to detect early signs of hormonal imbalance, metabolic dysfunction and age-related change before symptoms become problems.
To ensure the most accurate results, please follow these guidelines before your assessment.
48 hours before
- Avoid intense exercise
- Avoid alcohol
- Prioritize sleep
The morning of your assessment
- Fast overnight, come in on an empty stomach
- Hydrate well with water
Medications & supplements: Continue all regular medications and supplements as normal. Do not stop HRT, thyroid medication or other prescriptions - we want to see your health picture on your existing medications.
Menstrual cycle: If applicable, note which day of your cycle you are on. Hormonal fluctuations can influence certain markers and recording this allows us to account for it accurately in your results.
If you are unwell: Please reschedule if you are acutely ill, as this may affect a number of your results.
Your results are compiled into a detailed health report and reviewed with your EndoHealth doctor in a dedicated consultation.
Your doctor will walk you through every finding, explain what your results mean in the context of your age, hormonal status and health history.
Where results indicate a need for further investigation or specialist referral, your doctor will guide next steps.
